PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 working days to have your orders processed. You will receive email confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped with tracking provided.

DELIVERY

For all UK ORDERS Please allow 5-7 working days for your items to be received.

For orders to Europe, please allow 7-10 workings days for your order to be received.

For all other international orders, please allow 10-15 working days for your orders to be delivered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Please ensure that your address is written correctly to avoid any confusion.

- It is very important that you ensure that your billing and postal address match. Any orders with different billing and postal address will be cancelled - unless proof in the form of ID / current bank statement is submitted to us via email.

- If proof is not provided, the order will remain cancelled and funds will be returned to the purchasing card.
