PRODUCT USAGE
Can I colour my extensions?

Yes, we provide 100% virgin and raw human hair, therefore you can colour the hair as you please.

Keep in mind, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep colour treated hair conditioned and moisturised for the best results.

what type of products should I be using?

 Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. For raw hair, a clarifying shampoo is recommended.

Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable.

We also recommend using light serums and avoiding oils or heavy styling products.



How many hair extensions do I REQUIRE?

Our bundles are around 100 grams each. A full sew-in weave with our extensions, would approximately need 2-4 bundles depending on style and head size.

We recommend buying three bundles when a frontal is being used and four when a closure is used.

We also recommend a minimum of four bundles when purchasing longer lengths, 20" and above, as the longer the hair the smaller the weft!

(HOT TIP) Purchase 3 of the same length for a more fuller look. EX: 16", 16", 16".

what is the life expectancy of my extensions?

Our hair can last for a very long time depending on your personal maintenance.

We advise all customers to treat their extensions like their own hair and take good care of it for a longer lifetime.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information - Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured globally - We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and of fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items
in your order - You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. However, in rare and extreme cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of management.

do you accept exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are only permitted if the item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We will only accept returns on items we feel do not adhere to our product quality standards. As this is discretionary, all products in question must be thoroughly checked at our place of business once returned.

Please note that refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of a texture or colour, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products.

We are at liberty to reject any items of which we feel have been worn or tampered with, due to hygienic reasons.

We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by colouring or bleaching as we have tested our products greatly in this department and know that our hair can take to colour and bleaching when done properly, and by a professional.

What SHOULD i do if I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDER?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email info@snatchedstudio.com with your order number alongside clear photos and description of the issue.
