We will only accept returns on items we feel do not adhere to our product quality standards.

As this is discretionary, all products in question must be thoroughly checked at our place of business once returned.

Please note that refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of a texture or colour, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products.

We are at liberty to reject any items of which we feel have been worn or tampered with, due to hygienic reasons. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by colouring or bleaching as we have tested our products greatly in this department and know that our hair can take to colour and bleaching when done properly, and by a professional.
